Description
The process that will be followed during the FAnTASIA project is as follows:
- When recruiting the participants, we will supply the participants with information about the study (project information leaflets), which will be for public knowledge and can be forwarded to anyone who might be interested in participating in the study. Researchers will NOT obtain from individuals names and/or contact information of other potential stakeholders.
- Use the informed consent process to brief participants about the measures in place in the study to ensure confidentiality of their data. Such information will include:
a. Who will have access to the data;
b. Where, how and for how long data will be stored;
c. How data/results will be reported
(e.g., in aggregate, using pseudonyms); and,
d. How results may be used
(e.g., in reports, publications, presentations)
and for how long after the end of the FAnTASIA project.
